Foreigner procedures

Document designed to identify the foreigner for the purposes of establishing their legal status in Spain.

Who are concerned?
- Student foreigner with the permission of stay longer than six months.
Period of validity

- The application together with the documentation that should accompany them shall be submitted in any Office of foreigners or Police station the place where it has set his home.

- Resolution of proceedings:
  - Bodies responsible for resolving this procedure:
    - It is up to the General police directorate, in accordance with the criteria for the coordination marked by the secretariat of state for security in accordance with the secretariat of state for immigration and emigration, the organization and management of services for the issuance of identity cards of Alien
  - The resolution of proceedings it puts an end to the administrative procedure.
