To regulate the terms and conditions that must be met by the individual to make an invitation in favor of a foreigner, assuming the commitment to pay during the period of stay of the beneficiary all the expenses related to his accommodation.

Who are the stakeholders?
- Spanish citizen, national of a Member State of the European Union or beneficiary of the Community or foreigner regime legally resident in Spain.
How to carry out the procedure

Through the Police Station of the place of residence of the person concerned, upon request, where appropriate, by appointment.
The deadline for processing the letter of invitation is not immediate: it requires: favorable resolution; expedition, delivery and collection; referral to the person who is going to make use of it at the border post.
