Refugee travel document, subsidiary protection and stateless person
Document issued with the sole purpose of providing the holder with a travel document that can act as a National Passport, but does not prejudge or modify in any way the nationality of the holder, if it had one. Its expedition is decentralized by the Authorized Foreigner Units.

- 5 years.
How to carry out the procedure
Face-to-face Go
- Personal appearance of the beneficiary in the authorized dispatching units
- International Protection Section (refugees, subsidiary protection and stateless persons) at the OAR in Madrid.
- Provincial Units for Foreigners.
- Authorized local units.
- Foreigner units attached to offices of foreigners.
- Personal appearance of the beneficiary in the authorized dispatching units
Documentation
- Identity document that had been issued to the holder.
- If they are not currently in possession of this documentation, the resolution granting the status or the corresponding right (refugee, subsidiary protection or stateless person).
- Photographs in color, card size and with a light background and the face uncovered.
- Proof of payment Tax model 790 Code 012.
