Article 26.1 of law 11/2007 of 22 june, electronic access of citizens to public services notes that "electronic registries is determined for the purposes of calculation of periods of time attributable both to those involved and to Admnistraciones by the date and time of access, which should get the necessary security measures to ensure their integrity and visible".
In addition, article 6.2.j of royal decree 1671/2009, of 6 november 2009, partially develops this act provides that electronic headquarters will indicate the date and time for the purposes provided for in article 26.1 of law 11/2007.
