Foreigner Procedures

To authorise the entry into Spain of foreigners who do not meet the requirements established by law, when there are exceptional reasons of a humanitarian nature, public interest or fulfilment of commitments made by Spain.
In case of authorizing entry into Spain, the decision accrediting the entry authorization will be handed over to the foreigner for any of the reasons mentioned.
