How to carry out the procedure

- By e-mail to ucsp.departamentos@policia.es, by regular mail or in person in the corresponding Territorial Unit or in the Central Private Security Unit.
Documentation
- DISCHARGE, MODIFICATION OR DISMISSAL OF THE SECURITY DEPARTMENT
- You must fill out the corresponding form.
- The application must be signed by a person with responsibility in the company that requests the creation of the department (Manager, legal representative, etc. ). A photocopy of the document certifying this responsibility (deeds, etc.) will be attached.
- It will be attached written with the structure of the department and sector of activity to which it belongs (except for casualties).
- SPECIFIC FOR APPOINTMENTS, MODIFICATIONS AND DISMISSALS OF SECURITY DIRECTORS
- You must fill out the corresponding form.
- The application must be signed by a person with responsibility in the company of the Security Department.
- A photocopy of the document certifying this responsibility (deeds, etc.) will be attached.
- Certification of working life of the director of security or his delegates (in case of obligated departments).
- In the event of termination, the Director of Security must also report his/her discharge in that department.
- SPECIFIC FOR APPOINTMENTS AND DISMISSALS OF SECURITY DELEGATES
- The form shall be used for requests for delegation of duties from the Director of Safety and Security and for the extension or modification of the scope of his duties.
- It must be communicated or revoked by the security director, indicating the scope of the delegation as well as all the affiliation and contact details of the delegate.
- Delegates will leave with the Director of Security who has appointed them, and their delegation will be confirmed by the new Director of Security.
- The delegates of the Director shall certify the contents of paragraphs A or B:
- A. Be an integrated person in the security department and be authorized as director of security.
- B. Be a person integrated in the security department, hold the degree of Baccalaureate, Superior Technician, Technician in the professions that are determined or other equivalents for professional or higher purposes and certify the performance, for at least five years, of positions of management or management of public or private security.
- In the form you must declare through the signature of the same that the security director appointed and who will be in charge of the department, is not an active public official or other personnel in the service of any of the public administrations and in case of being active, will only perform the function of security director in your own work center. Likewise, he is not a member of the security forces and bodies in an administrative situation of active service, and in the case of being in a different administrative situation, in the two years prior to the date of the present, he has not performed functions of control of the entities, services or actions of security, surveillance or private investigation, or of his personnel or means.
