Central Receiver of Alarms for its own use (supraprovincial scope).

  • This type of authorization responds to the purpose of giving a quick and effective response to the alarm signals that may be produced in public or private entities for the connection, reception, verification and, where appropriate, response and transmission of the alarm signals they receive from the security systems installed in real estate or furniture of their ownership, without being able to give, through them, any type of security service to third parties.

    These signals will be managed through an alarm center, to which the security systems of these entities will be connected.

  • Classes and typologies
    • There is no typology for this type of authorizations.
  • Who are the stakeholders?
    • Any financial entity or company that wants to attend to its own electronic security systems.
  • Period of validity
    • The authorization granted has an indefinite validity, provided that the entity continues to maintain the same requirements included in the authorization.
  • Face-to-face. Go
    • Send the request for authorization to the Central Private Security Unit, accompanied by the mandatory documentation. Once this request has been studied and in accordance with the provisions of the Private Security regulations, a prior inspection will be carried out by members of the National Police Force. If the criterion is favourable, it shall be submitted to the Director General of the Police, who shall submit a proposal for a resolution authorizing the Alarm System for his/her own use, to the person concerned in writing containing the adopted resolution.

        • Directorate General of Police.
      • Maximum period for resolving and notifying: 3 months.
      • The resolution of the procedure does not put an end to the administrative route.
      • Effect of the lack of resolution in this period: Estimatorium (start at the request of the interested party).

        • Organ that resolves the resource:
          • Contentious Court - Administrative.
          • Central Administrative Litigation Courts; Administrative Litigation Chambers of the High Court of Justice.
          • Administrative Litigation Division of the National High Court; Administrative Litigation Division of the Supreme Court.
        • Period for lodging an appeal: 2 months.
      • Potestative of Replenishment
        • Organ that resolves the resource:
          • Organ that dictated the act.

  • Fee, amount and place of payment
    • Rate model 790.
    • In favor of the Public Treasury, in the collaborating Banks or Savings Banks; restricted account of the State Agency of the Tax Administration (Copy "Copy for the Administration"). The aforementioned model will be provided in the Police Stations and must be filled in with the corresponding data.
